Mike Woodard plays 38 straight hours in Georgia for a golf endurance record.

Woodard began Sunday evening at Cartersville Country Club and finished Tuesday morning after playing through two nights with glow balls, lightsaber-marked flagsticks and volunteer help. Organizers said the 40-year-old set a record for consecutive hours playing golf.

The effort raised more than $180,000 for children's healthcare. Woodard walked throughout the attempt, with support carts, volunteers and spectators helping him through hot conditions.
