Lawrence Rocks develops a golf glove aimed at reducing slices.

Dr. Lawrence Rocks, a 92-year-old retired chemist, created a prototype called the Torsion Recoil Glove. The design uses two elastomer strips across the palm and index finger area to limit clubhead twisting at impact.

The USGA issued an equipment standards notification saying the design does not appear contrary to the Rules of Golf. A final ruling on conformity still requires a finished sample.
