Ben James, Johnny Keefer, Rasmus Højgaard, Kihei Akina and Neal Shipley represent the next generation of potential PGA Tour winners as the FedExCup Fall continues this week at Black Desert Resort in Utah.

James, the most recent PGA Tour University graduate, has recorded multiple top-five finishes including a runner-up at the Biltmore Championship and third at the Wyndham Championship. The 23-year-old would rank inside the top 10 in Strokes Gained: Tee-to-Green if qualified for year-long statistics.

Keefer, the reigning Korn Ferry Tour Player and Rookie of the Year, has shown improvement in his putting after early struggles adapting to PGA Tour greens. He tied for third at both the Texas Children's Houston Open and Genesis Scottish Open while maintaining elite ball-striking statistics.

Højgaard brings Ryder Cup experience and ranks eighth in driving distance this season, making him well-suited for Black Desert Resort where previous winners Matt McCarty and Michael Brennan built their games around power. The 25-year-old Dane sits 110th in FedExCup points and needs strong fall results to maintain full playing privileges.

Amateur Akina, ranked ninth in World Amateur Golf Rankings, made the cut at both the Puerto Rico Open and Wyndham Championship this year. The Utah native won the Phil Mickelson Freshman of the Year award and competed on the U.S. Walker Cup Team.

Shipley rebounded from a difficult rookie season with a third-place finish at the Biltmore Championship, vaulting from 183rd to 135th in FedExCup standings. The former low amateur at the Masters and U.S. Open had missed cuts in his first eight PGA Tour starts but reached the weekend in nine of his last eleven events.
