Black Desert Resort will host the Bank of Utah Championship this week as the second of eight FedExCup Fall events, featuring Tom Weiskopf's final course design completed in 2023.

The championship layout measures 7,421 yards and plays to par 71 with an unusual distribution of 11 par 4s, four par 3s and three par 5s. This creates a higher proportion of par 4s than typically found on PGA Tour venues.

The course utilizes creeping bentgrass for fairways, greens and tees with Kentucky bluegrass rough areas. Notable holes include a 450-yard opening par 4, a 198-yard par 3 third hole, and a 595-yard closing par 5.

The venue represents one of the newest additions to professional tournament golf, built against Southern Utah's red-rock landscape. Defending champion Michael Brennan returns after winning his first PGA Tour victory at Black Desert Resort in 2025.
