Noah Maclauchlan defeats Miles Russell 6 and 5 to win the U.S. Junior Amateur.

Maclauchlan entered the 36-hole final as an alternate ranked 2,047th in the World Amateur Golf Ranking. He pulled away after lunch and completed the victory at Saucon Valley Country Club.

Maclauchlan began with three birdies in six holes before Russell briefly moved ahead. A Russell double bogey at the 16th and a Maclauchlan birdie at the 17th restored Maclauchlan's lead after the opening 18.
