William Mouw answers a cold putter with a bogey-free 63.

Mouw lost 2.193 strokes on the greens in the first round of his ISCO Championship title defense. After joking with his caddie, he put his putter in boiling water overnight and returned Friday with a bogey-free 7-under 63.

He gained more than two strokes on the greens in the second round and made birdie putts of 26, 23 and 20 feet. The round moved him to 9 under, four behind Lucas Glover.
