Preston Stout, Tyler Watts, Ethan Fang and Miles Russell join the U.S. Walker Cup team.

The USGA named the first four players to the 10-man United States Walker Cup team for Sept. 5-6 at Lahinch in Ireland. Stout, Watts and Fang earned automatic spots as the highest-ranked Americans in the World Amateur Golf Ranking.

Russell, a 17-year-old Florida State commit, received a committee pick after narrowly missing an automatic place. The remaining six U.S. spots will be announced after the U.S. Amateur at Merion.
