Hanse and Wagner are scheduled to begin restoration work at Mid Ocean Club next fall, with reopening anticipated in late 2028. The project covers all 18 holes at C.B. Macdonald's only course design outside the United States.
The work will use rare footage found by a club member to help preserve Macdonald's original design intent. The course includes several template holes, including the Cape fifth hole over Mangrove Lake.
