Evenplay launches a handicap index for simulator golf.

Evenplay introduced an AI-powered skill rating for golfers who compete on simulators, launch monitors and other high-tech platforms. The system grades shots on a 1-to-100 scale and converts the rating into a platform-specific handicap.

The company said the index can produce a reliable first rating after about 10 shots and then updates as more swings are recorded. Ratings are locked during competitions to prevent mid-round handicap changes.
