World Golf Group and Premier Golf League sue LIV Golf over league concept.

World Golf Group and Premier Golf League filed a lawsuit in London against LIV Golf, Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund, Golf Saudi and others, seeking between $210 million and $630 million in damages.

The companies accuse the defendants of using confidential plans for a global golf league. The filing says the proposed format included 54 holes and team play, and that PIF signed a nonbinding letter of intent in 2019.
