North Berwick completes coastal defence work after Storm Babet damage.

Storm Babet damaged land near the third tee and 14th green at North Berwick Golf Club, where seven holes border the Firth of Forth. Eight weeks of new coastal defences on the second and third holes have been completed.

More work on the 13th and 14th holes is due to begin in the coming weeks. A new North Berwick West Sands Coastal Erosion Charity has also been launched to help protect the West Sands and the course.
