Bryan Hoops is named June's senior amateur player after two wins.

Hoops, 57, won the Golfweek Senior National Championship by 10 shots and then beat Jerry Gunthorpe and Mike McCoy by one at Los Angeles Country Club in the George C. Thomas Senior Invitational.

He is the top-ranked player age 55 and over in the World Amateur Golf Ranking and No. 311 overall after climbing 21 spots following the two victories.
