Anson Point opens as a new Coore-Crenshaw course at Palmetto Bluff.

Anson Point opened early this year near the southern tip of Palmetto Bluff in Bluffton, South Carolina. The private course plays through pines and oaks before reaching marsh views on the back nine, and it has no homes along the layout.

Palmetto Bluff now has three courses: Anson Point, Jack Nicklaus' May River course and Crossroads, a nine-hole reversible course by Tad King and Rob Collins.
