Stewart Cink and Charlie Wi share the U.S. Senior Open lead after opening 67s.

Cink and Wi each shot 3-under 67 at Scioto Country Club in Columbus, Ohio, to lead after the first round. Cink made five birdies on the back nine and tied Wi with a birdie on the par-4 18th.

Simon Griffiths, Freddie Jacobson and George McNeill were one shot back at 68. Defending champion Padraig Harrington opened with a 69 as temperatures reached 95 degrees and the heat index climbed to 103.
