Childress Hall targets a fall 2026 clubhouse and lodge opening.

Childress Hall in Texas plans to open a permanent clubhouse and 50-room lodge on site in fall 2026 as its 36-hole private golf destination continues to take shape on former ranchland.

Tom Doak's Upper Course opened in fall 2024, and Gil Hanse's Lower Course debuted in late 2025. The walking-only property uses local caddies and currently relies on downtown Childress facilities for lodging.
