Ryder Cowan upset Miles Russell at the U.S. Amateur after arriving with only two golf balls.

Cowan forgot his intended supply at his hotel and found one new ball and one used ball in his bag. He played the first 10 holes with one before switching and completing a 2-and-1 victory at Merion.
