Block walked off after 12 holes of his final round in Aberdeen, Scotland. The Staysure Legends Tour said he did not properly notify officials of an injury or illness.
Officials also gave Block a two-stroke penalty for arriving late to his tee time. Block said a left-wrist injury caused his withdrawal and that he informed his playing partners.
