Koepka shot 70 on Sunday and finished well short of the solo fourth place he needed to enter the top 70. He was tied for 70th when his round ended and projected to fall to 93rd in the standings.
Koepka blamed poor putting and said changes were coming after recording one top-10 finish in 16 starts during his PGA Tour return season.
