Rachel Heck returns to competition at the U.S. Women's Amateur.

Heck will make her 13th USGA championship appearance at The Honors Course in Tennessee after stepping away from competitive golf in 2024 and beginning a private-equity career.

The 24-year-old said she does not want a tour career but is enjoying golf again. She also worked as an on-course commentator at the U.S. Girls' Junior in July.
