Shiho Kuwaki takes a one-stroke AIG Women's Open lead during the final round.

Kuwaki reached five under after Yealimi Noh three-putted the 12th hole at Royal Lytham & St Annes. Noh fell one stroke behind after leading by three earlier on the front nine.

Esther Henseleit moved within one stroke of the lead by making a 20-foot birdie putt at the par-three 12th. Jeeno Thitikul stood at two under after a birdie at No. 13.
