Kyle Phillips breaks ground on a new private course at Florida's Pandion Club.

The par-71 course in Estero will replace the former Old Corkscrew Golf Club and stretch to 7,220 yards. The design will emphasize firm conditions and strategic play, with an opening planned for 2027.

Pandion Club will cap membership at 280 and include a clubhouse and practice facilities. Phillips intends to combine features of English heathland courses with Lowcountry influences.
