Wise said depression contributed to his withdrawal from the 2023 Masters and an extended break from competition. He spent about 18 months away before rebuilding enough control and confidence to return.
The 30-year-old is playing the 3M Open after working with a neuroscientist on his recovery. He said managing his mental health remains a daily challenge.
