Open organizers may adjust Sunday's schedule if England reaches the World Cup final.

The R&A is keeping Sunday's timetable flexible because the World Cup final starts at 8 p.m. BST, about 90 minutes after The Open is scheduled to finish. No schedule change has been made.

Eight English golfers have Thursday tee times before 8 a.m. after Wednesday night's semifinal. Matthew Baldwin opens the championship at 6:35 a.m., while Justin Rose starts at 9:36 a.m.
