Fisk closed with a three-under 67 at Hurstbourne Country Club and matched Pendrith at 16-under 264. He won with par on the third playoff hole for his second PGA Tour title.
The opposite-field event was co-sanctioned by the PGA Tour and DP World Tour. Fisk earned a PGA Championship place, but not a Masters spot, for next year.
