Marcus Helligkilde withdraws from The Open last-chance qualifier.

Helligkilde, a three-time HotelPlanner Tour winner, withdrew from Monday's 12-player qualifier at Royal Birkdale. Amateur Frazer Jones took his place for the 18-hole stroke-play event that decides the final Open spot.

The qualifier starts at 7:30 a.m. local time. Wesley Bryan, Aldrich Potgieter and Angel Hidalgo are scheduled for the final group at 8:03 a.m.
