Wesley Bryan and Aldrich Potgieter join The Open's last-chance qualifier field.

The R&A confirmed a 12-player field for The Open's Last-Chance Qualifier at Royal Birkdale. The stroke-play event starts at 7:30 a.m. BST on the Monday of Open week and will decide the final place in the championship.

The field includes Wesley Bryan, Aldrich Potgieter, Matti Schmid, Angel Hidalgo, John Gough and two amateurs, Matt Moloney and Sam Easterbrook. Bryan missed a playoff spot in Final Qualifying by one stroke.
