Jack's Bay lines up Tiger Woods and Nicklaus Design courses in the Bahamas.

Jack's Bay in South Eleuthera is building a private golf and residential club across 1,200 acres and four miles of Atlantic coastline. The project includes a 10-hole short course from Tiger Woods' TGR Design.

Nicklaus Design is also planning an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Heritage course at the site. The first nine holes are targeted for December 2026, with the second nine planned for December 2027.
