Versant agrees to buy Full Swing for $530 million.

Versant, the parent of Golf Channel, agreed to acquire the golf simulator company Full Swing from Bruin Capital for $530 million in cash. The transaction is expected to close by the end of the year.

Full Swing is the PGA Tour's official licensed simulator and powers TGL, the indoor team league founded by Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy. Woods is a minority investor, and its endorsers include Jordan Spieth and Xander Schauffele.
