Luke Poulter earns his first PGA Tour start at the Arnold Palmer Invitational.

Poulter secured a spot in next season's Arnold Palmer Invitational after the Arnold Palmer Cup at Tralee Golf Links. Team International beat Team USA 30.5-29.5, and Poulter received the Michael Carter "Junior" Memorial Award.

The Florida Gators player is listed as the world No. 8 amateur. He has played in professional events before, including a T22 finish at International Series England on the Asian Tour.
